"Sierra Jensen Collection, Vol. 1"

I originally chose "Sierra Jensen Collection, Vol. 1" by Robin Jones Gunn to review because my 10 year old daughter is an avid reader.  She has voraciously consumed series like "The Babysitters' Club" and we have been looking for another series that she would enjoy as much.  Also, I really wanted to find something that she could immerse herself in that has Christian values.

As I read the book, my first thought that this series might be better suited for teenagers than pre-teens as there is a lot of focus on boy-girl dating-type relationships.  I personally don't want my young daughter focusing on that right now.

In all, I thought the stories were engaging, fun, well-written and filled with Christian morals.  I really wish these books has been available when I was young!

If you really like reading a series, I would recommend reading the "Christy Miller" series by the same author first.
